The first mention of sbiten is dated 1128.
Sbiten has special flavours and health benefits, thanks to the honey and herbs that make up its composition. Sbiten is versatile - try adding it to a salad or marinade and appreciate the taste of new dishes.
The selection of herbs in sbiten varies from region to region. Most often cloves, cardamom, nutmeg, St. John's wort and sage, cinnamon and allspice are added to the sbiten.
The original recipe has been refined to give the drink a special flavour and healing properties. In addition to the classic version, we also offer aromatic sbiten with the addition of cherry fruit, ginger root, cranberry berries and anise seeds. We also have sugar-free sbiten. Our products are all-natural and certified in accordance with current legislation.
We have prepared recipes for main courses and desserts that bring out the rich taste of sbiten in a new way.
